Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work for bookings with Al Wesam Cars Rental LLC.

Cancelling a booking

To cancel or change a booking, contact us at alwesam.r.c@gmail.com or +971503930608 as early as possible. Because most bookings are confirmed as enquiries with payment at handover, cancelling before pick-up usually carries no charge.

Deposits & prepayments

Where a deposit or prepayment has been taken, refunds of any refundable amount are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days, subject to deductions for tolls, fines or damage as per the rental agreement.

No-show

Failure to collect the vehicle without notice may result in the loss of any prepaid amount.

Changes

Requests to change dates or vehicle are subject to availability and any rate difference.
