Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and the rental services of Al Wesam Cars Rental LLC. By booking with us you agree to them.

Eligibility & documents

Renters must meet the minimum age for the chosen vehicle and hold a valid UAE or accepted international driving licence, plus Emirates ID (residents) or passport and visa (visitors).

Bookings

A request made on this website is an enquiry and is not confirmed until we accept it and confirm availability. Rates are shown in AED and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Rates, deposit & payment

The rental rate, any delivery fee and a refundable security deposit apply as quoted. Payment and deposit are typically taken at handover. VAT applies where applicable.

Insurance, fuel, tolls & fines

Vehicles are supplied with insurance as described per vehicle. Fuel policy is same-to-same unless stated. Road tolls (Salik/Darb) and any traffic fines incurred during your rental are your responsibility and may be charged after return.

Mileage & use

Mileage limits (if any) are shown per vehicle; excess kilometres are charged at the stated rate. The vehicle must be used lawfully and only by authorised drivers.

Liability

You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental, including damage, loss and third-party liability not covered by insurance, in line with the rental agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the applicable Emirate have jurisdiction.
