Information we collect

Contact & booking details you provide: name, phone, email, pick-up/return dates, chosen vehicle, and any message.
Identity/driving documents shared with us when you rent (e.g. licence, Emirates ID/passport) — collected at the branch or on confirmation, only as needed to fulfil a rental.
Technical data such as IP address and basic analytics, via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and process your booking.
To manage the rental contract, tolls (Salik/Darb) and traffic fines, and provide support.
To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the UAE.

Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request and to perform the rental contract, to comply with legal obligations, and, where relevant, based on your consent (which you may withdraw at any time).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our fleet-management system provider (PRO-VIA) to operate bookings and contracts, with authorities where legally required, and with service providers bound by confidentiality. Card payments, when taken, are handled by the payment provider at the counter — we do not store full card numbers.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the rental, our legal and tax obligations, and legitimate business needs, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (PDPL)

Access a copy of your data and request correction of inaccurate data.
Request erasure of your data where it is no longer required.
Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent.

Security
